Diese Lizenz regelt die Nutzung der Software Freeshot. Mit Installation oder Nutzung stimmen Sie diesen Bedingungen zu.

Lizenztyp: Nicht-exklusive, nicht übertragbare, widerrufliche, proprietäre Nutzungslizenz.
Zulässige Nutzung: Nutzung ist für Privatpersonen, Einzelfirmen, KMU und Enterprise-Kunden erlaubt, in der Schweiz, Europa und weltweit.
Unzulässige Nutzung: Kein Weiterverkauf, kein Reselling, keine Vermietung, kein White-Label, keine Weitergabe von Kopien, keine unberechtigte Vervielfältigung.
Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, Disassembling, Reverse Engineering und Erstellung abgeleiteter kommerzieller Kopien sind untersagt, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.
Urheberrechte: Alle Rechte an Software, Marken, Namen, Texten und Assets verbleiben bei Freeshot.
Gewährleistungsausschluss: Die Software wird «wie besehen» und ohne Zusicherungen bereitgestellt.
Haftungsbeschränkung: Nutzung erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, ist jede Haftung für direkte, indirekte oder Folgeschäden ausgeschlossen.
Kündigung: Bei Verstoß gegen diese Lizenz endet das Nutzungsrecht automatisch.
Rechtswahl: Es gilt schweizerisches Recht. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzrechte am Wohnsitz bleiben unberührt.

This license governs the use of Freeshot. By installing or using the software, you accept these terms.

License type: Non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable proprietary license.
Permitted use: Private users, sole proprietors, SMEs and enterprise customers may use Freeshot in Switzerland, Europe and worldwide.
Prohibited use: No resale, re-distribution, rental, white-labeling, unauthorized copying or duplication.
Reverse engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering and creating derivative commercial copies are prohibited where legally permitted.
Intellectual property: All rights to the software, brand, name, texts and assets remain with Freeshot.
No warranty: The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Liability limitation: Use is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, all liability for direct, indirect or consequential damages is excluded.
Termination: License rights terminate automatically in case of breach.
Governing law: Swiss law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

Limitation de responsabilité : Utilisation à vos risques. Dans les limites légales, toute responsabilité pour dommages directs, indirects ou consécutifs est exclue.
Résiliation : Les droits de licence prennent fin automatiquement en cas de violation.
Droit applicable : Droit suisse, sous réserve des droits impératifs de protection des consommateurs.

Proprietà intellettuale: Tutti i diritti restano a Freeshot.
Esclusione di garanzia: Software fornito "così com'è", senza garanzie.
Limitazione di responsabilità: Uso a proprio rischio. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge è esclusa ogni responsabilità per danni diretti, indiretti o consequenziali.
Risoluzione: I diritti di licenza cessano automaticamente in caso di violazione.
Legge applicabile: Si applica il diritto svizzero, fatti salvi i diritti inderogabili dei consumatori.
